Looking at the roster and comparing a number of names to the 1860 Florida census, it appears members came were from a variety of counties in the Florida panhandle. Quite a number of men were recruited from Apalachicola (Franklin County FL) in March 1862. Based on this exercise, I wouldn't be comfortable attributing this company to a particular county, but most of these men are definitely Floridians.
