I have been searching for the Alabama Unit of my gg-grandfather, John King. He was 19 years old in the St. Clair,Alabama census. His Widows Pension application indicates he was in the 6th Alabama, headquartered in Abbeville,Alabama. There are so many John King s with so little information I have no idea which one he is.
