This is a repost. The following is a list of casualties among Lockhart's Battalion at Chehaw Station, Alabama on July 18, 1864. I extracted this list from the NARA microfilm records on the 62nd Alabama Infantry Regiment about 7 or 8 years ago. I thought it would be of interest. The ages given were apparently recorded at enlistment which in some instances if my memory serves correct was in 1863 as well as 1864. I believe the Stonewall Cadets had done some service as guards around Selma for a few months in 1863 before joining "Lockhart's Battalion" in January of 1864.
