Private Hiram Bush, 24th Ala, Co H

Does anyone have any information on the wartime service of Private Hiram Bush, 24th Alabama Infantry Company H. I have previously determined that he died while a prisoner at Louisville, Kentucky. He is buried at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville.

The unit may have been captured at Missionary Ridge. Louisville was used as a temporary prison for Confederate prisoners before they were sent North to permanent Union prisons.
