I find "GIBBONS, George Washington (enlisted, May 64; residence: Autauga Co.)" in my list for the 1st AL Infantry (mostly from Broadfoot and other sources), but not Wyatt. The "Guards" were Co. "K" of the 1st AL. Also checked Hilliard's Legion to no avail. Broadfoot does list a "Wyatt, James W." in the 28th AL Infantry, Co.D, but not Gibbons (the only close match was in a Virginia unit.
