I was in one of the many Antique Malls in Huntsville yesterday and happen accross a booth that had a number of CW items, like dug bayonets, minie-balls, and even a few wartime letters. But the item that caught my eye was a small blue fabric rectangle (maybe 2"x 2 1/2") that was labelled as being part or a silk regimental flag carried by a Kentucky Unit (I cannot find the notes I made, that included the regiment number). How would someone go about thrying to figure outif this is the real thing?
