I haven't tried it but don't you have to register to access the new Arkansas site. I read some of the messages and most of the postings were complaints. I'll bet Bryan Howerton is just sick.

Missouri has a similar problem. I believe they've lost all of their old messages and Scott Williams is no longer the webmaster.
