I used to do consulting work at Georgia Kraft in Rome, Ga. In driving from B'ham to Rome we took Highway 411 from Gadsden to Centre and Highway 9 from Centre to Cedar Bluff and on to Rome. There was a Streight surrender plaque near the intersection of Highway 9 and Georgia Highway 100 (Cave Springs road). As I remember it there is a good sized hill or ridge there.
