When you go to a particular unit on the site, you will be given two choices: either view the information as is, or have it put into a printable excel spreadsheet. If you ask for the spreadsheet, the information does appear in excel, but not in a form that you can work with. However, if you 1. Select all the information (highlight all fields by clicking in the upper-left most block - to the left of the letter A and above the number 1), 2. Right click and select copy, 3. Open your own excel program, 4. At the A1 cell, right click and select paste, 5. Highlight all the data below the header cells - all four rows, 6. On the menu bar, select data: sort, 7. Choose to sort by Company (or column C). You should get what you are looking for. If anyone needs assistance with this - let me know.
