Confederates in Alabama

Folks,

Last Saturday Robert Lee Hodge spoke at the National Civil War Naval Museum in Columbus, Georgia. His talk was interesting, poignant, humorous, and invigorating. I hope you have a chance to see him speak sometime in the future.

Mr. Hodge was interviewed on Alabama Public Television as well, an exact air date has not been set yet, when I hear of one, I'll post it. You can keep an eye out by visiting the APTV website, http://www.aptv.org , the program is "For the Record." You'll be able to see Mr. Hodge describe some of his views, concerns, and fascinations regarding Alabamians in the Civil War.

On Friday Mr. Hodge's film company, Wide Awake Films, will be releasing their documentary on 1st Manassas, in which the 4th Alabama will be prominently presented. Updates on this video can be followed by visiting http://www.wideawakefilms.com

Sincerely,

Greg Starbuck
"Up Alabamians!"
