Does anyone have or know an online source for the standard questions asked (and answered) on the Claims form prior to getting to the individual's particular details of their claim? I have a copy of the claim form (a direct-line relative who was in Walker Co AL, Kansas Community) when property was taken. Only the 'answers' are on the form, not the questions. I'm in California and the resources for War of 1861 aren't numerous here, as you might suspect.
