Jim, you posted a message in March 2005 asking if anyone was researching the 13th Alabama Infantry Regiment ANV. I have been researching this unit for the past two years and have a mountain of data. I have completed a detailed roster of the 1,200+ men in the regiment and now I am adding tidbits when I find them. I am also writing a narrative of the war from the 13th AL's perspective. I hope to have my manuscript published when I finish. I am constantly amazed at the new 13th AL information that keeps turning up. I have also received some good advice from contributors to this message board.
