A muster roll for the Scotland Guard. Perhaps minutes of the meeting may be a better term as the entry for those in attendance was before 1861. Dr. McMillan raised the Guard as a home defense group just as the Clausell Guard, Monroe Guard, and others in Monroe followed the lead of the Claiborne Guards in forming local militias.
