Lt. Ryals and the Archie Cadets.
Things I know are:
Enlisted 2/1/1864 at Pollard Al.
The last battle he was in was in Girard Al. on April 15, 1865
His service was vouched in sworn statements by George Shaw Chandler (enlisted with him) and Benjamin Franklin Stephens (was at Girard Al with him.)
Discharged around 6/16/1865 in Eufala Al.
Curious also that the geneolgy trail makes us believe he was 14 when he enlisted, would that have been possible?
