1st Lt. Miles I Taylor Was born in Walker Co. Al. on Sept. 21 1835 in 1860 he was a Lawler at Houston Al. the County Seat of Winston County at that time . 1st Lt. Taylor was Possibly Winston County's Highest Ranking Officer to Serve During The War Between the States.
