From my experience, men are lousy judges of appearances, women can describe in detail with just a momentary glance.

I'd say these two are one and the same. The clerks making out these papers were not too skilled.

My take, for some reason, the Feds at Chattanooga, while he was in transit home, were not satisfied with his Louisville paper work, and forced him through an other oath taking.
