Thanks for that info. It's strange, his brother in law died two days later (also with 18th Al. Co. G.) and is buried in Adger Al. (Near Bessemer Al.), and his brother, Jesse T. Bell (served with the 10th Al. Inf.) survived the war, and is buried in Sadler Cemetery (also near Bessemer, Al.) but I haven't find grave site for Shadrock Bell.

Who knows, he may be one of those that we never know. If you should hear of anything, please keep in touch.
