In addition to the information Barry provided, further data on this company exists under Mississippi records. As you know, Marion County borders Mississippi, and evidently many company members came from that state.

Stephen Peak is not on the initial roll for this company, indexed as Condrey's Company, Mississippi (Bull Mountain Invincibles). Dated May 13, 1862, Aberdeen MS, this list is attached to a letter from Capt. C. F. Condrey to the Governor of Mississippi. He writes, this company was "formed by me and mustered in accordance to law on the 12th of April A.D. 1862." The fact that he's not on this roll tells us that he joined after May 13, 1862.
