None of the places are even close to being correct. According to company roll, he died of disease while in service, Sept. 2, 1864. The company roll composed on Dec. 31, 1864 at the ADAH will list all the actions in which he took part or missed from his enlistment in Perry County AL, Mar. 15, 1862, until he became ill during the summer of 1864.
