Isaiah Holmes was b. 12/20/1819 SC and d. 10/11/1906 Talladega Co., AL. I only saw his service card and that he had applied for pension but there was no mention of rejection. I wasn't familiar with service cards until a few days ago, so this is all new to me. Thanks so much for your post.
