In Response To: WALDROP, Mathew N. ()

(a final parole dated 22 MAY 1865 at Talladega, Alabama.)

# 1: Maybe a dumb question, but does this mean that Mathew was still alive ?

# 2: Where / What cemetery would I search if he died at Fort Delaware ?

I have been looking for All Alabama cemetery records web-sites, 1870, 1880, All census records, for about 3 weeks now. And I have found nothing.

I will keep looking, some day I will find him buried next to a Waldrop somewhere I hope.
