Kingston, GA surrender, May 12-20, 1865

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I want to compile the names of men who surrendered at Kingston, Georgia, May 12-20, 1865. It is said that between 3,000 and 4,000 men surrendered during this time period. They were from various commands, states, and migrated to other states post-bellum.

I have not been able to locate a list of these men in the National Archives or any other location. What I need is the name, unit, and reference that notes that they surrendered at Kingston. Any additional information would be welcomed and appreciated.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Respectfully,
