Re: Selma to Blue Mountain Train
This may be a reference to Blue Mountain, Alabama. The actual name of this rail line was the Alabama and Tennessee Rivers Railroad, and extended northward from Selma to Montevallo and then eastward through Talladega to Blue Mountain. It intersected the South & North Railroad at Calera, and supplied iron to Selma from mines around Ashby and Six Mile. Someone may know a good reference that provides more of a description.
