In Response To: Re: Thomas K Emanuel ()

I have been trying to trace the footprints of Company C, 2nd Batallion, Alabama Light Artillery from the formation of the unit until their surrender after the fall of Mobile.

My GG grandfather and two of his brothers were in this unit...Thomas J. (Jefferson) Eubanks (not the Thomas J. Eubanks in the 36th Alabama Infantry), Steven P. (Prentiss) Eubanks, and Charles P. (Pinckney - had the same name as his father, my ggg grandfather) Eubanks.

I have a little more information on these brothers like the date and where they enlisted and some links to I think some muster rolls with their names on it...

I want to walk in the footsteps of my GGs from the time of their enlistment to the time of their surrender at Citronelle with General Taylor May 4, 1865.

Any help anyone can give me would be deeply appreciated....

V/R,

Ronnie Walley
