One of those listed on the TennGenweb site is a "J.T.D. Co. C 41st Alabama Infantry"..I strongly believe this to be James Todd Dowdle of Co. K. He would be my GGUncle and his brother A. A. Dowdle of Co. C was with him when he died of fever just prior to the battle. I have checked the roster of the 41st and he is the only likely candidate.
