I don't find a Barrum Spencer Bobo. (That doesn't mean he didn't serve.) I do find a Spencer S. Bobo in the 2nd MS Partisan Rangers, as well as a "Barham Bobo" in three different regiments: the 28th MS Cavalry, 15th SC Infantry, and the 18th SC Infantry.
