I believe this is your man, the initials 'S' and 'F' in cursive often appear the same.

B. F. Bobo, Private, Company E, 13th Battalion, Alabama Partisan Rangers*, enlisted __Apr.[?]____ 7, 1863 at Fayette C. H., Alabama for 3 years or the war, recorded on the Apr. 30, 1863 muster roll as "absent without leave," no further records

* Five companies of the battalion were consolidated with the 15th Battalion Alabama Partisan Rangers June 8, 1863, to form the regiment subsequently known as the 56 Regiment Alabama Partisan Rangers

Also in Company E, was Private Willes Bobo

B. F. Bobo, Private, Company I, Boyles' Regiment, Alabama Partisan Rangers, enlisted April 7, 1863 at Fayette C. H.,, Ala./Smithfield, Miss. by J. H. Moore for the duration of the war, recorded on the June 30, 1863 muster roll as "absent without leave," subsequently recorded as having deserted 10 April 1863, "Camp near Columbus, Miss."

The regiment was also known as the 1st and as Boyles' Regiment Alabama Partisan Ranger and as the 56th and as Boyles' Regiment Alabama Cavalry

F. M. Bobo, present October 31, 1863, paroled May 10, 1865 at Columbus, Miss.

Willis Bobo, deserted 10 Apr. Camp near Columbus, Miss.

James Bobo, Co. I, is recorded on October 31, 1863 as absent on detached service Pontotoc, Miss. order Col. Boyeles
