Re: 15th Alabama Inf at Gettsburg
My wife and I have just returned from Little Round Top, where my gr gr uncle was killed, he was with the 47th on the left of the 15th, however it appears that some of the 47th got tangled in with the 15th on the approach, at least that is what I have read. I would love to find out more about the 47th if anyone knows any of the ancestors from the brave men who lived through it. I am making plans to be back in 2 yrs to stand in there where the 47th and 15th charged up the now Infamous hill.
