Tell me about twenty year projects! I'd prefer to say the project seemed straight-forward; relatively few twists and turns. You would probably agree that like certain pets and houseplants, they outgrow the space you expected them to occupy.
One lesson learned -- company composition didn't stay the same for long, and any assumptions made about companies are hazardous, especially during the 1861-62 period.
