If we believe that the War Dept. Clerks faithfully recorded the muster rolls, then he must have enlisted sometime following the companies last surviving muster roll for the period July & August, 1862.

Pvt. Willougby must have enlisted sometime after Sept. 1, 1862

Died Sept. 19, 1863

February 29 to August 31, 1864, stationed at James Island

November and December, 1864, stationed near Coosawhatchee, S. C.
