E, 34th Alabama Regiment Infantry, his wife Mary Ann Shores is buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Eclectic, AL., William may be buried in unmarked grave beside her, he was living in Eclectic, AL. during the 1907-08 Confederate Soldier Census.
