Robert M Guttrey, age 20, enlisted Co E, 28th Alabama Regt, Jasper, Feb 22, 1862; wounded at Chickamauga GA, Sept 20, 1863, and still on roll Apr 5, 1864. Robert F Guttrey signed oath of allegiance in 1865. He's one of two men in Co A, 13th PR Battalion who enlisted Sept 6, 1862, Jasper AL. One, evidently RLG, enlisted in the 1st Alabama US Cavalry.
