I was going to offer to do lookups but decided to see if that CD is still out there and it looks like the series is now readable on-line

I found Vol 3 here http://www.archive.org/stream/medicalsurgical32barnrich#page/n5/mode/2up but didn't find the others there. then I found this link that looks like it might be the whole series. http://www.archive.org/details/MSHWRMedical1 My connection is too slow and I didn't feel like waiting to see if all the volumes were actually on the site. If anyone else here finds out, please post back.
