John T Jones, assigned to duty as Assistant Surgeon November 19, 1862; formerly on duty at Warrenton, Virginia. Promoted Surgeon November 4, 1864, to rank August 20, 1864. Surrendered at Appomattox Courthouse, Virginia, April 9, 1865.
