The internet is a great place for certain types of research, but not historical site information. Unless this is the only time you might need a historical location in Alabama, get your own copy of Historical Atlas of Alabama, Volume I (Historical Locations by County). It took less than a minute to find the this title on my bookshelf, turn to Baldwin County and locate Holyoke just northeast of Spanish Fort. It's less than a mile west of Stapleton.

Holyoke is one of 131 historical sites mapped and described for Baldwin County. Current towns and settlements are mapped by not counted in 131 total county sites.
