Sentenced by Court Martial for absence without leave to forfeit one mo’s pay perform fatigue duty in addition to other duty for 30 days,” admitted August 2, 1864 to Howard’s Grove Hospital, Richmond, Va., (formerly Small Pox Hospital), Diarrhoea Chron., furloughed 35 days, August 23, 1864, destination, Rockhead/Rockhard, Ala.,* paroled at Appomattox Court House, Va. April 9, 1865
