Most of the units named (including the 5th Alabama Battalion) have composite rolls dated Dec 31, 1864. These were commissioned by the State of Alabama and are found in the regimental folders at the ADAH. Each roll has a column for each action through the end of 1864 with a notation as to whether a soldier was present, absent, killed, wounded and captured.

There are no such rolls for Alabama regiments belonging to Battle's Brigade.
