We are attempting to identify all the soldiers in Soldiers Rest in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Vicksburg, MS.

As you know, the spelling of soldiers' names was not always consistent. This particular soldier has me stumped. His marker gives his name as W. Gyram. He's in the 37th Ala. Inf., Co. K.

The funeral home gives his name as Wgyron. The sexton gives it as W. Gyram.

What is this name?
