Do you think that it is the R. H. House that enlisted in Oct. 1861 in Tex. that is out of place?

Who ever it was that

enlisted October 8, 1861 in Brazas County, Texas, attached sick to Loring’s Division Hospital, Macon, Miss. July 12, 1863, last paid by Maj. Fort, August 30, 1863

I know of no source of records for this hospital. None are listed at the National Archives, Washington, D. C.

Rolls for his units are found at these two subscription services, however, neither provide his age
