April 18, 1862, Pneumonia Act., died May 13, 1862 Pneumonia fol [sic] Rubeola, Attorney Bird Fitzpatrick filed claim for the settlement of his account August 13, 1862, no further records

Note, there are no Company F Muster Rolls in the records prior to the May/June, 1863 muster, hence we cannot ascertain his service history

Duke University Library also holds a record of patients for the period Jan. 1862 - May 20, 1865
