My GGGGrandfather Adam Pfannekuche fought at Pea Ridge during the civil war along with others new from Germany. He marched and fought in Murfreesboro, TN at Stones River and on to GA where he met and married and lived for a while before returning to IT and settling in Downingville (now Vinita, OK). Is there additional information or specifics that you could tell me reference his unit and service during the Civil War in AR unit? Anything and everything would be greatly appreciated.
