Re: Brothers brothers

I have found Terrell Daniel Brothers beginning in the 1850 Saline County, Arkansas Census with his father, step mother and siblings:
1850 Saline County, Arkansas, enumerated Nov 7, 1850
Brothers, Caleb 62 NC 1816
Mary 26 GA
Terrell 18 AR
Borland 16 AR
Hugh A. 14 AR
Rhoda 6 AR
Johanna 3 AR
James 1 AR

Then in 1860 in Scott County, Arkansas
1860 Scott County, Arkansas
Mountain Township
Brothers, Terril 25 AR
Julia A. 28 GA
Mary E. 10 AR
Isaah 08 AR
Anna R. 06 AR
Wm M. 02 AR

Then these references to his Civil War Service:
Terrill Daniel Brothers enlisted with his brother, William Roland Brothers, in Captain Cosgrove's Co. F Bat., 2nd Regiment, Kansas Cavalry, during the Civil War and was discharged in June 1865 at Fort Gibson, Cherokee Nation.

BROTHERS, TERRIL PVT- Age 29. Enl 22 Feb 1862 at Waldron, AR . Captured 11 Jan 1863 at Arkansas Post, AR & sent to MP Camp Douglas, IL 8 Feb 1863 then to City Point, VA 10 Apr 1863. Deserted 7 Aug 1863. (Record includes pay voucher)

Brothers, Terrel
Private, Enlisted at Waldron, Arkansas, December 1, 1863; mustered into service, December 19, 1863; mustered out at Fort Gibson, C.N., June 22, 1865; residence Waldron, Arkansas; previously served in Co. H, 19th Arkansas Infantry.

The last time I found him was for a land patent in 1875:
BROTHERS, TERREL AR Scott 7/15/1875 Dardanelle 648 AR1940__.327

Even though I have diligently searched the 1870 census I cannot locate him. I also don't know if anyone filed for a Civil War Pension, either him or his widow, etc.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
