I've a question. On 7 June '64 the First Indiana Cavalry is reported by secondary compilations (such as Dyer) to have had a fight at "Walter's / Walters' Plantation" which must be relatively close to Pine Bluff. Two Indiana troopers were, indeed, killed on 6 & 7 June '64. What are the substantive documents relating to this fight? Seems to be nothing in "Official Records" or else it's listed by an a.k.a.
