a Wrench is thrown: a buddy and I have been photographing old bridges in the western arkansas and northwest arkansas area and on AR 123 we have run into signs refering to Ft. Doughlas. This is Johnson County. I have been reviewing Google and MapQuest sites of Sat. Photos and hybrid maps and they show two slightly different locations. I see some human signs in the Mapquest Sat. image near the Big Piney River. I have yet to look at old maps or to trek into the location. Does anyone have any information about "this" Fort Douglas?
