I am researaching the Jesse Ballentine - (1824 - bef 1880) who came from Arkansas to Texas with his wife Elizabeth Bledsoe Ballentine (1826-1906). She is buried in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery, near Bluff Dale, Erath Co., Tx. Some of their children are buried there also.

This family was in Franklin Co, Arkansas in 1860.
