Capt. William A. B. Davenport

Captain William A. B. Davenport, of E/Hampton Legion, moved from South Carolina to Arkansas, apparently in 1865, and settled in the Van Buren-Fort Smith area. He died in 1887, and his widow drew a penison of his service. In a May, 1922 issue of Confederate Veteran, the historian of the Mary Lee Chapter, U.D.C., of Van Buren, wrote of a company book of Capt. Davenport's, which also included the roster of a Maine unit. The book was obviously captured and then used by Davenport. I am seeking any information on Davenport, his descendants, or of the Mary Lee Chapter, to try to locate the ledger book.
Thanks!
