Addiotional Arkansas Burials in Georgia

I recently found one additional card which I had not filed for burial of an Arkansas solider in Georgia. He was:

9 ARK: Haid, J.; Confederate Section, Oak Grove Ceme, Americus.

I suspect, without any direct knowledge, that he died in a hospital at Americus. It was the terminus of the railroad south from Griffin. Camp Sumter prison camp was just a few miles north of Americus at Andersonville, and it is possible that he was a guard there, but most of the guards seems to have been from either the 55 GA or Georgia reserve units. He probably had been sent south for treatment from one of the hosptials nearer Atlanta.
Happy New Year!!
