Lars, according to Stewart Sifakis' "Compendium of the Confederate Armies: Florida and Arkansas," p. 35, this battery was organized in early 1862; served in the Indian Territory (or attached to units assigned to the Indian Territory) from its organization until May of 1863 (it may have left the Indian Territory anywhere from March to May of 1863); then served the remainder of 1863 in Louisiana.
