Searching for information on Major Jesse A. Ross of the 4th Arkansas Infantry Battalion. Believe he may have been the brother-in-law of my Great Grandfather, Thomas Brooks Jones. Both enlisted Little Rock, Oct 1861, lived in Arkadelphia.
