Dear Dorothy,

Click on the "(Un)Subscribe" link. This will open a new page which says "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" at the top of the page. In the "white rectangle", enter your email address. Make sure the white circle next to "Add Address to List" is darkened (or selected). Click on "Send Address" button and your just email address will be added to the digest list. Until you unsubscribe from the list you will receive, at least, once daily a list of all the new messages posted on the ARCWMB. If you have problems subscribing, tell me and I will help further.
